1. BASIS ID Support Team
If a person suspects any violations of legal regulations and/or technical faults (or wishes to find out how their information has been/will be used), the BASIS ID support team is always available to hear the report from them. There are a few possible avenues where the person can report the issue (or find out how their information has been/ will be used): contact forms, emails and even social media accounts (e.g. Facebook and Twitter)
2. Direct report to the Data Protection Officer or his delegates
If a person reporting has to assume that the matter cannot be dealt with via aforementioned channels, they can turn to the compliance officer as a neutral, independent contact person.
